Randy is the VP of Management Information Systems for United for the Greater New Orleans Area. Every day Randy enjoys a scenic commute from his home in Thibodaux, Louisiana, AKA "Cajun Country," to the great city of New Orleans.
Mary Pendarvis moved to New Orleans 6 years ago to attend college and fell in love with the city's vibrant culture. After graduating from Loyola University, she began work as a Marketing & Public Relations Associate at United Way for the Greater New Orleans Area. She manages all of the organization's social media efforts, and also does media outreach, event planning and layout & design.
A New Orleans native, Leigh Thorpe is United Way for the Greater New Orleans Area's Director of Corporate Partnerships. Through her position at United Way and volunteering with several non-profit agencies throughout the area, she is actively engaged in the revitalization of the community she loves.
It’s been nearly five years since the hurricanes devastated New Orleans, yet there are 572 families still living in temporary FEMA trailers. One dollar will be donated for each person who pledges to stand with the families.
I pledge my support for the New Orleans families who are still without homes five years after Hurricane Katrina. Enough is enough.
